Liturgy & Worship

St. Timothy’s Parish is a vibrant worshipping community that cherishes the liturgy. We are an enthusiastic community that participates in well-chosen 
and lively music. The thought- provoking proclamation and preaching of the Word help the community to lift our hearts, minds and voices in praise of God.  The liturgy informs, encourages, and celebrates our Christian action in the world, enriching our faith and our works. 

The word "liturgy" means "work of the people" and all parishioners and visitors are invited to full, conscious, and active participation in the Mass. In addition to singing in the assembly and speaking the words of the prayers, all parishioners are invited to consider how they are called to offer their gifts to our liturgies through serving in one of our many musical or liturgical ministries.
