55+ DRIVER IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Anyone over the age of 55 is encouraged to take a driver improvement course. You can receive a discount on your auto insurance once you have taken the eight-hour course.

Ray Murray, an AARP volunteer, willoffering this course at St. Timothy’s in 2 four hour sessions – August 25 & 26 from 6:00-10:00pm each evening in Room 224. You must attend both sessions for certification. Cost is $16 for AARP members and $18 for all others payable to St. Timothy’s.

Ray will also be facilitating a four hour refresher course at St. Tim’s on September 23 from 5:45-9:45pm. A four hour refresher course is required every three years. Upon completion you can receive a discount on your car insurance. Cost: $14 AARP member; $16 non AARP member. You do not need to be a St. Timothy member to participate.
